Key job responsibilities
As a Data Associate I, ML, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and high-quality data annotation across various workflows. Since the tasks will be repetitive in nature, you must be able to make quick and precise decisions while adhering to established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet business objectives by achieving SLA, production, and quality targets.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of daily tasks by updating trackers or workflow tools.
- Follow standard procedures (SOPs) and manager instructions to ensure quality compliance.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Provide timely responses to stakeholders as per SOPs and SLAs.
- Escalate issues that may affect deliverables or operations to managers and stakeholders.
- Analyze data trends and patterns, recommending rules for improved processing.
- Handle sensitive content such as adult topics, religiously sensitive materials, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive products.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and conduct root cause analysis if necessary.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online retail platforms is a plus.
This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to quality while working in a fast-paced and structured environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
